Stress can be a relentless and debilitating test we need pass every day. But fortunately there’s help, a natural remedy that I use that’s been soothing our souls for centuries.

Picture this: sinking into a warm bath and the scent of gentle lavender wafts over you, your worries slowly melt away. Is it the warm water or the heady perfume of lavender works its magic.
